Well today is the day we say goodbye to Chengdu. All our stuff is packed and headed to the states and we have 14 suitcases in our hotel. We had to move into the hotel on June 1 and today is June 10. We started our adventure at a really nice hotel called the Shangria and it is appropriate that we finish it here. Although now we have added 2 more kids to our bunch so staying in a two room hotel seems much smaller. However the kids love it because the girls say they feel like Eloise who lives in a hotel. This will probably be the last time we stay in a really nice hotel for a long time especially with 4 children in toe. It was weird to say goodbye to Stone because reality is we will never see him again. He did find another person to drive for and hopefully he will have it a little easier without our big family. On the way home we will be flying KLM business class!!! The company pays for our tickets home! The kids love the service and Maely even got her own chair. Cohen and Maely even got to go inside the cockpit. It was great. We decided to stay in Amsterdam for a short vacation before we go home...so I guess we are shipping out and headed for the Netherlands!!
