Easter Weekend in Chengdu!

We had a busy weekend going on a Easter Hunt with some people from church. It was Cohen's first actual Easter Hunt to participate in. He wasn't sure what to do at first, but once Daddy showed him there was candy inside, Cohen knew what to do!! Sunday we went to church and then had a fun lunch afterwards. We went to this fancy hotel with a bunch of friends and had a lunch from around the world. The hotel had a moonwalk, fun food for the kids, and even did a egg hunt. The kids also got to go home with a chinese tiger. It was a fun day. Then Monday, Chris had off work. It was a chinese holiday called Tomb sweeping day. It is a day that everyone gets off to visit their loved ones that have passed away. We began the day painting eggs and decided to celebrate Chris's birthday this day so we went to this area called the wide and narrow street. It was a nice experience but crowded because of the holiday. It was a good weekend. Here are some pictures and there will be more on the web gallery.
