We have an ayi that comes in the evening 3-4 times a week and she cooks great chinese food for us!! She is so sweet and great with the kids. She also speaks a little english and that is very helpful!! One night we asked for her to teach us to make dumplings. They were really good, but I don't think I could duplicate it. Rylan loves to help in the kitchen and made some with us and they turned out well. Our ayi is like-minded so that makes even more special. It has been a joy to get to know her.
